- BMW Performanceブレーキは、少なくとも17インチ・アルミニウム・ホイールとの組み合わせでのみ使用が許可されます（冬季も同様）。

- 2008年9月以降、BMW Performanceブレーキ・システムは、ECホモロゲーション番号e1*2007/37*0308*09（E90、E91）e1*2007/37*0346*08（E92、E93）に含まれます。
- ただし、登録に必要なブレーキシステムのデータが変更されるため、国の認可と車両登録書類の修正が常に必要です。

- The DSC coding must be adapted to the BMW M Performance brake. This is possible in cars with 4-cylinder engines after 03/07 and 6-cylinder engines after 06/06.
- The BMW Performance brake is only approved for use in conjunction with at least 17-inch aluminium wheels (also in winter).
Technical Information:
- From 09/2008 onwards, the BMW Performance brake system is included in EC homologation nos. e1*2007/37*0308*09 (E90, E91) e1*2007/37*0346*08 (E92, E93).
- Nevertheless, national approval and amendment of the vehicle registration documents are always required since the brake system’s data that is relevant for registration changes.
- National approval must be obtained for cars built before 09/2008 with TÜV test report (no. 08-00047-CP-GBM-00).
