Installation is relatively easy, because the license plate holder is screwed to the rear axle. To do this, jack up the Indian and loosen the axle nut on the right side. Pull out the axle and then remove the original rectangular washer (only on the left side)! Attach our license plate holder to the axle and screw it back on the right side with the original washer and axle nut. We always recommend using some medium-strength threadlocker!
