The exhaust end cap for the BMW R 1300 GS is a real eye-catcher and makes the original exhaust appear much sportier. The carbon part gives your motorcycle a unique look and sets it apart from the crowd.
As material, the innovative BDC is used here, giving the component a completely new and individual touch.
The final clear coat comes in the matte version and is identical to the clear coat which we use for the BMW Performance Parts
The surface of the carbon part is unique for each piece, reminiscent of marble. At Ilmberger, this Material is also laminated by hand and hardens in several stages in the autoclave, impressing not only with its exciting aesthetics but also with its technical properties. The various fibers scatter the incoming light and create a reflection that has been unseen before on a motorcycle.
In order to optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influences, we are the only carbon manufacturer worldwide to use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear varnish, this ensures a previously unattainable and unique depth effect, which allows the high quality of the material to come into its own.
