The BDC is laminated by hand at Ilmberger and hardened in several stages in the autoclave. The Material convinces not only with its exciting optics but also with its technical properties. The different fibers scatter the incoming light and create a hitherto unseen reflection.
The final Clear coat on this part is the modern satin matt version, which underlines the special optical properties of the material.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from environmental influences of any kind, we use, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, an specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces in combination with our clear coat. This creates a hitherto unmatched depth effect that particularly highlights the high-quality material.
