--A steel casing is inserted into the protector during the assembling. This helps to better lead the screw used for attaching the protector, the strength is increased as well (this prevents from the protector’s leg deformation during a collapse)
Crash protectors are manufactured to protect the motorcycle in case of a fall. If the crash protectors are properly manufactured and mounted on the motorcycle, they protect the important components of the motorcycle (that are quite expensive). In 2001 we started the production of crash protectors, therefore, we have rich experience (as well thanks to our customers, racing drivers and dealers). We tested different types of materials and protectors’ fittings on the motorcycles; we collected data from our customers who had a motorcycle accident. We try to manufacture mounting kits, whose fitting doesn’t need any modification of original parts on the bike and which, in spite of this condition, fits tightly.
