Innovative Material for Unique Appearance
The innovative BDC material gives the component a completely new and individual touch. The surface of the BDC part is unique in every piece and reminiscent of marble. The BDC is laminated by hand at Ilmberger and cures in several stages in the autoclave. The different fibers scatter the incoming light and create a previously unknown reflection.
The final clear coat layer in a modern satin finish emphasizes the special optical properties of the material.
Unique Protection and Quality
To optimally protect this high-quality material from environmental influences, Ilmberger is the only carbon manufacturer worldwide to use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. This, in combination with the clear coat, provides a unique depth effect that particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
