We exclusively use prepreg fabric specially produced for us, which is also used in Formula 1 and aerospace. This material is laminated with elaborate handcrafting and cured in an autoclave. It offers three times the specific stiffness of steel at a fraction of the weight, thanks to its low density. The high fiber volume content further enhances these properties.
Unique Surface Coating
To protect the high-quality material from environmental influences, we are the only manufacturer worldwide to use a special plastic coating. Combined with our clear coat, this creates a unique depth effect that highlights the quality of the material.
