Ignition Rotor Cover for BMW S 1000 RR from Model Year 2019
The ignition rotor cover protects the underlying pickup cover and seamlessly integrates into the shape of your motorcycle. Our experts carefully lay the fiber layers into the mold to achieve a harmonious overall appearance. The more of our carbon parts you install, the more impressive the overall look of your motorcycle will be.
High-Quality Carbon Material
We exclusively use prepreg fabric specially produced for this purpose, which is also used in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material is laminated by hand with great care and cured in an autoclave. It offers three times the specific stiffness of steel at a fraction of the weight. These properties are particularly pronounced due to the high fiber volume content.
Unique Surface Coating
To protect the material from environmental influences, we use a specially developed plastic coating. Combined with our clear coat, it creates a unique depth effect that highlights the quality of the material. Our parts are optimally protected against UV light.
Easy Installation and Quality
The ignition rotor cover is mounted using the original attachment points, making screwing a pleasure. The part is delivered in a ready-to-install condition and is TÜV certified. Installation is quick and easy.
