This seat is supplied complete, ready to install and it includes the hinges and latch post. The seat also includes the chrome plated grab rail. The pan is made of metal and the overall quality of the seat is very good.
The 'hump' at the rear is made of seat foam and covered by the covering material as is the rest of the seat. Because of the construction and design of the seat. It is normal for the 'hump' to have some minor surface, shape irregularities.
