Each E09CL pannier includes a rain cover. Inside the lid there is a zippered mesh compartment for storing items. The main compartment has a mesh panel to minimise movement of the contents. It has zips suitable for use with gloves and for locking with a padlock. It has a carry handle, shoulder strap and reflective elements to increase its visibility to other vehicles.
