The extra strong boots for sports endurists, motocrossers and offroad riders of adventure bikes with high safety requirements.
The Destino EnduroX provides maximum stiffness combined with maximum flexibility. A joint maintains the mobility of the foot in the ankle area, however, a twisting of the ankle is prevented effectively.
A nylon midsole provides additional protection from torsion and soaking. Furthermore, the sole ensures effortless riding in a standing position as the foot pegs do not push through. Due to its unique profile, the oil- and petrol-resistant outsole is particularly slip-resistant.
The cowhide-synthetic leather mix and the well-elaborated interior ensure best wearing comfort. The additional padding in the ankle area is particularly comfortable. When moving the foot, the "Air Pump"-insole conducts the air from the central padding to the entire sole. Together with the lateral vent slot, an internal moisture and heat built-up is avoided.
Large-scale protectors protect the foot and shin in case of collision and fall-over. The heel area is extra-reinforced. Another special feature is the integrated toe cap made of sturdy steel.
The width can be adjusted individually via four buckle closures, so best fit is provided no matter if you have thin or strong calves. The soft upper end with Velcro fasteners does not only prevent chafe marks on the skin but also, in combination with the pulled-up dirt collar, prevents the infiltration of dirt.
An inconspicuous but very useful detail in practice is the extensible stainless steel cable to attach the boots safely to the bike, e. g. during a stop on a campsite or during a sightseeing tour in leisure shoes.
